1. Who we are

Oblisc Pvt Ltd (“Oblisc”, “we”) operates Oblisc Sports and Oblisc Commerce at oblisc.com and related apps.

As of this date, production data is hosted in data centers in India.

2. Scope

This policy covers players and arenas on Oblisc Sports, and merchants (and their store visitors) on Oblisc Commerce.

On Sports, Oblisc is the platform that runs accounts, bookings, and payment collection. On Commerce, Oblisc provides the storefront; the merchant is responsible for how they use their customers’ data for their own business.

3. Data we collect

Account: name, phone, email, login credentials, and business profile.

Sports: arena and turf details, slot calendars, bookings, and payment status.

Commerce: store profile, catalogue, order metadata, and encrypted payment-gateway credentials (for example Razorpay keys).

Technical: IP address, device data, logs, and cookies needed to run the service.

We do not store full card numbers. Sports checkouts are processed by our payment partner. Commerce checkouts run on the merchant’s gateway.

4. How we use it

To create accounts, list turfs and stores, complete bookings and orders, prevent fraud, provide support, bill Commerce subscriptions, settle Sports payouts, improve the product, and meet law.

5. Payments

Oblisc Sports: player payments may be collected through our payment partner and remitted to the arena. Any fee Oblisc charges the arena is a PaaS access fee for being on the platform, not a charge for the sporting facility. The payment partner receives the data required to process the charge.

Oblisc Commerce: you connect your gateway. Keys are encrypted at rest, access-controlled, and never logged in plaintext. The customer pays your merchant account directly. Oblisc does not take custody of store proceeds. Oblisc only bills the monthly PaaS subscription.

6. Sharing

Arenas receive the booking details needed to fulfil a slot. Infrastructure, SMS/email, and payment vendors process data under contract. We disclose data if required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

7. Storage and security

Data is stored in India. We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, encrypted secret storage for gateway keys, least-privilege access, and monitoring.

No method is perfect. You must also protect your own passwords and gateway dashboard.

8. Retention and rights

We keep data while the account is active and as needed for settlements, disputes, tax, and law, then delete or anonymize it.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access, correction, or erasure (subject to legal holds), and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Email hello@oblisc.com. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Cookies, children, changes

We use essential cookies for session and security. If we use optional analytics, we will only do so where permitted.

The services are not directed at children under 18.

We may update this policy by posting a new version here. The “Updated on” date will change.
